Environmental Landscape Maintenance

Work Requested:
The contract seeks to secure environmental landscape maintenance services within the Port of Vancouver. The selected contractor will provide both on-call and regularly scheduled maintenance to ensure designated locations remain in compliance with all performance requirements established by regulatory agencies and mitigation plans. The work will also ensure that these areas maintain acceptable levels of environmental function.

Contract Background:
The Environmental Landscape Maintenance Contract is designed to support ongoing compliance and maintenance needs within the Port. The contract will have an initial period of performance of one (1) year, with the possibility of three (3) additional one-year extensions. The anticipated annual contract value is between $21,000 and $24,000.

Contract Requirements:
- Provide on-call and/or regularly scheduled environmental landscape maintenance services
- Ensure all specified locations are maintained in accordance with regulatory agency requirements and mitigation plans
- Maintain acceptable levels of environmental functions as defined in the contract documents

Instructions on Submission:

A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting and site visit is scheduled for May 27, 2026, at 11:00 AM.
