Engineering Design for the Westside WWTF Odor Control Facility

The City of Vancouver is requesting statements of qualifications from experienced engineering firms or individuals to provide engineering design services for a new odor control facility at the Westside Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF). The primary work of this contract includes:
