Background
The City of Oak Harbor, Washington is seeking proposals from consulting firms with expertise in construction inspection services and construction management services for the NE 7th Avenue Reconstruction Project (ENG-10-02). The project includes the replacement of a water main, addition of a shared use path, overlay, stormwater improvements, striping, and other work. The project has been assigned 110 working days to complete. The agreement will be for the duration of the project with the option for the City to extend it for additional time and money if necessary. This federally funded project will be held to Federal EEO requirements.
Work Details
The selected Consultant will provide a full-time inspector and part-time construction manager for the project. The consultant inspector will inspect a variety of roadway and utility infrastructure construction based on WSDOT Standard Specifications and Local Agency Guidelines Manual.
The Consultant will perform all items set forth in Attachment A which includes construction management and inspection services for the NE 7th Avenue Reconstruction Project.
Period of Performance
The agreement will be for the duration of the project with the option for the City to extend it for additional time and money if necessary.

The project is located within the City of Oak Harbor.
