Early Childhood Supplies & Furniture

Work Requested:
KCDA is seeking suppliers to provide Early Childhood Supplies & Furniture. The contract is valued at approximately $50,000 to $100,000 annually. The scope includes supplying a range of early childhood products and furniture to meet the needs of KCDA's diverse membership.

Requesting Organization:
This solicitation is issued by the King County Directors' Association (KCDA), a purchasing cooperative owned by Washington State school districts and located in Kent, Washington.

Background:
KCDA serves over 1 million students and manages more than 5,000 ship-to locations. Its membership includes public school districts, private schools, municipalities, political subdivisions, and other public agencies, primarily in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Alaska, and Montana. KCDA purchases approximately $190 million in products, equipment, and services annually on behalf of its members.

Contract Requirements:

• Suppliers must provide Early Childhood Supplies & Furniture as specified in the bid documents.
• Bidders must review and accept the updated Terms and Conditions, including Attachment C Special Provisions, as all bids will be construed as agreement to these terms.
