Background
The Washington State Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is initiating this solicitation for silvicultural land management services on state-managed forestlands, specifically focusing on tree planting in the Northwest Region.

Work Details
The contract involves tree seedling planting across 989 treatment acres in the Northwest Region, specifically in Skagit, Snohomish, and Whatcom counties.
Bidders are advised to review the treatment units prior to submitting a bid.
The work must adhere to specifications outlined in Exhibit B of the solicitation.
Bidders must possess a current Washington State Farm Labor Contractors License and/or proof of application for license renewal for the subsequent year, as well as a current United States Department of Labor Farm Labor Contractors License.
Period of Performance
The contract term is from January 6, 2025, to May 2, 2025.
Work is expected to begin on January 6, 2025, and must continue uninterrupted until completion.
