Background

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the installation of an emergency generator at Echo Glen Children's Center. This includes all necessary electrical work, HVAC modifications, plumbing adjustments, and structural reinforcements as required for the installation.

Bidders must submit Subcontractor Listing Forms A and B: Form A (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical) must be submitted with the bid proposal; Form B (Structural Steel Install, Rebar Install) must be submitted no later than 48 hours after the bid submittal deadline. Failure to submit these forms will render the bid non-responsive.
