Background
Edmonds College (EC) is located in Snohomish County, the third-largest county in Washington State (WA), approximately 10 miles north of Seattle. Established in 1967, the College enrolls over 11,000 students each quarter who are primarily training for employment and new careers. The College demonstrates its vision of transforming lives through exemplary, nationally recognized educational and career pathways by serving a large number of Pell Grant recipients, non-traditional students, single parents, and first-generation college students.
Fully accredited by the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities (NWCCU), our College operates under an open-door policy that admits students on a first-come, first-served basis regardless of academic background or experiences.

Work Details
The College is seeking a CRM software that will aid the College in its recruitment and retention of students - from high school-age students in the Running Start program to retired individuals taking advantage of our Community Education courses, and everyone in between. The software will aid departments across campus with marketing, communication, the enrollment process, and reporting.
The contract awarded as a result of this RFP shall have an initial term of one (1) year with options to extend for two (2) additional one-year terms. Total contract length shall not exceed three (3) years. This solicitation will also include the opportunity to purchase additional ‘add-on’ products that may become available after this initial solicitation, or not originally purchased at the time the contract is initiated, which will not require a new solicitation to be performed during the contracted period.

Period of Performance
