Background
The King County Directors' Association (KCDA) is a purchasing cooperative owned by the school districts of Washington State, located in Kent, Washington. KCDA serves public school districts, private schools, municipalities, political subdivisions, and other public agencies primarily in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Alaska, and Montana. Representing over 1 million students and more than 5,000 shipping locations, KCDA purchases approximately $190 million worth of products, equipment, and services annually on behalf of its members.

The goal of this contract is to secure suppliers for custodial supplies with an estimated annual value between $1.2 million and $2.0 million.

Work Details
The contract involves the supply of custodial supplies as specified in the bid documents. Bidders must provide detailed descriptions including catalog numbers, brand names, grades, and any other necessary identification for the products they propose to furnish. All items must be packaged in KCDA units and comply with quality standards as outlined in the bid documents.
