Background
The University of Washington (UW) School of Social Work (SSW) is seeking to unify its student recruitment, admissions, engagement, and enrollment systems across multiple internal units.
The goal is to implement a solution specifically designed for higher education programs, as the previous custom-built solution has reached the end of its serviceable lifespan.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a continuing education student system that manages registration and delivery of learning content in various formats (synchronous, asynchronous, in-person, online).
The system must track learning interactions from initial contact through various learning paths, including one-time courses and certification cycles.
Key features include personalized dashboards, gamification elements, mobile usability, user-friendly interfaces for non-technical staff, and extensive consulting support.
The solution must comply with UW's privacy regulations and accessibility standards while offering functionalities such as customizable learning pathways, automated notifications, group management, and comprehensive reporting tools.
Additionally, the vendor must ensure ongoing support with a Service Level Agreement (SLA) guaranteeing 99.99% uptime and rapid response times for system issues.

Period of Performance
The anticipated start date for the contract is June 1, 2025, with an initial go-live phase for the solution/platform on July 1, 2025.
Full-scale implementation is expected by October 1, 2025.
The contract may extend up to nine years based on mutual agreement.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed in Washington State.
