Construction Project Management Services

The Dieringer School District is seeking qualified firms to provide Construction Project Management Services for the design and construction of a synthetic turf field and track at North Tapps Middle School, located at 20029 12th St E, Lake Tapps, WA 98391. The work under this contract involves representing the District throughout all phases of the project, including planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout, ensuring the successful completion of a new athletic facility. This solicitation is issued by the Dieringer School District, which is inviting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from firms with proven experience in managing school-based athletic facility construction projects. The District requires a project management partner that can oversee and coordinate all aspects of the project, acting as the District's representative and advocate from inception through completion. The contract requires the selected firm to provide comprehensive project management services, including but not limited to coordinating with stakeholders, managing project timelines and budgets, facilitating communication among design and construction teams, and ensuring that all phases of the project are executed efficiently and in accordance with District standards and requirements.
