CM 13 Roof Replacement

Background
The State of Washington, Military Department is issuing a solicitation for the CM 13 Roof Replacement project. The agency's mission includes maintaining and improving facilities to support military operations. The goal of this contract is to replace the existing roof and associated components at Camp Murray, ensuring the facility remains functional and secure.

Work Details
The scope of work includes:

2. Replace gutters, downspouts, and associated metal flashings;
3. Replace ridge vents;
4. Perform interior repairs to existing roof insulation.
