Description
The Cityview Drive and Truman Avenue Buildout Project involves the comprehensive construction and development of two key roadway segments in the City of Richland. The work to be completed under this contract includes:
Full width buildout of 632 linear feet (LF) of Truman Avenue, extending from its current end to the Cityview intersection
Full width buildout of 1,261 LF of Cityview Drive, stretching from Truman Avenue to Duportail Street
Installation of curb and gutter on both sides of the roadways
Construction of sidewalks along the east and south sides
Placement of base and top course materials
Application of HMA asphalt
Installation of new streetlights
Placement of conduit for future fiber optics and Richland Energy Services power
Construction of ADA ramps
Installation of stormwater collection systems
Miscellaneous water and sewer service work
Pavement marking and signage
Overall site restoration
Other incidental work as required
This project is being requested by the City of Richland, with the Purchasing Division managing the bid process.
The estimated value of the project is $1,608,000. The City of Richland is committed to compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and related federal regulations, ensuring nondiscrimination in all federally assisted programs. Disadvantaged business enterprises, as defined at 49 CFR Part 26, are encouraged to participate and will be given full opportunity to submit bids. No bidder will be discriminated against based on race, color, national origin, or sex in consideration for an award.
Bids will be received by the City of Richland Purchasing Division until the date and time specified in the solicitation. At that time, bids will be opened and read publicly.
