City of Bothell On-Call Public Works Engineering and Utility Consultant

Background
The City of Bothell Public Works Department is seeking Statements of Qualifications and Performance Data from qualified firms to provide On-Call Public Works Engineering and Utility consultant services for various locally funded projects. The goal is to enhance the city's infrastructure through expert planning, engineering, and environmental services.

Work Details
The consultant will provide a range of services including: planning, engineering, environmental documentation, public involvement, and construction engineering. Key disciplines of work include:

- Water, sewer, and stormwater infrastructure planning, analysis, and design
- Hydrology analysis, surveying, and other analyses to support design
- Engineering permitting
- Environmental documentation, mitigation, and permitting
- Public outreach activities such as plan development and public meetings.

Examples of projects may include water system analyses, regional stormwater facility planning and design, and sewer main extension projects.

Period of Performance
The contract will be valid for a period not exceeding three years from the date of award.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed within the City of Bothell or as specified in individual task orders.

Bidder Requirements
Firms must demonstrate experience with On-Call contracts and have the capability to provide timely services. The City encourages participation from disadvantaged business enterprises (DBEs), minority-owned businesses (M/WBE), and women-owned businesses (WBE).
