Background
The Cedar Hills Regional Landfill Onsite Relocation Project is issued by King County. It aims to improve the operational efficiency of the landfill by relocating existing modular buildings and making tenant improvements. Additionally, the project includes constructing new structures and parking facilities to enhance the functionality of the landfill's South Ops area and North Flare Station.

Work Details
The work includes:
- Relocating multiple existing modular buildings to the South Ops area and North Flare Station.
- Tenant improvements in two existing modular buildings.
- Development of new structures and storage areas.
- Creation of new parking spaces and an access ramp.

Specific tasks include demolition, site clearing and grading, installation of utilities, stormwater and sewer collection systems, concrete pad installation, moving multiple modular buildings, and all other work described in the contract documents.

The contract will be performed over a specified period leading up to the bid due date of 11/14/2024.
