Broadband ISP Services

Background
Washington Technology Solutions (WaTech) is seeking proposals for Broadband Internet Service Provider (ISP) services. The agency aims to enhance its broadband capabilities to better serve its constituents. This solicitation is part of WaTech's mission to provide reliable technology solutions across the state of Washington.

Work Details
The contract requires the provision of broadband ISP services, which includes meeting specific installation intervals and bandwidth requirements as outlined in the RFQ. Contractors must have a signed Master Services Agreement (MSA) and a Technical Addendum with WaTech to be eligible to bid. Key requirements include:

- Compliance with Guaranteed Install Interval and Shorter Install Interval specifications.
- Submission of a completed Cost Model (Appendix A) detailing all costs associated with service delivery, including cabling, equipment, labor, etc.
- Mandatory specifications must be met as outlined in the RFQ and MSA.
- Successful completion of criminal background checks for all personnel involved in service delivery.

Period of Performance
The contract period will begin upon the execution of a Statement of Work (SOW) following the announcement of the Apparently Successful Vendor(s), expected on October 2, 2024. The duration of service delivery will be specified in the SOW.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various locations throughout Washington State as specified in individual site evaluations within the Cost Model.
