Background
The BLRTS SPA Canopy project is initiated by the King County government, specifically targeting the Bow Lake Recycling & Transfer Station (BLRTS) located in Tukwila, WA. Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with specific requirements including:
1. A minimum 15% Apprentice Utilization Requirement during construction.
2. A minimum 15% utilization requirement for King County Certified Small Contractors and Suppliers (SCS).
3. Bidders must provide a bid guaranty of not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid price.
4. All contractors must coordinate with station management to avoid interference with ongoing operations.
