Background
The Washington State Department of Fish and Wildlife (WDFW) is issuing this contract to enhance habitat for the Oregon Spotted Frog (OSF) by developing a decision support model. The goal is to gather existing hydrological monitoring data, model current and future hydrologic scenarios, and test site concept designs at four locations within a 125-square-mile project area.
