Background
The City of Seattle, through its Seattle Parks and Recreation department, is seeking qualifications for the Battery Street Tunnel Future Park Site Design.
The goal of this project is to conduct an early design study for a proposed future park site at the former Battery Street Tunnel property located in Belltown.
