ARCHITECTURAL CONSULTANTS SW REGION - DES On-Call for 25-27 Biennium

Background
The State of Washington's Department of Enterprise Services (DES) is seeking qualified consultants to be included on 'On-Call Consultant Rosters' for architectural services in the Southwest region. This initiative aims to provide specialized services for both planned and unplanned projects during the 2025-27 biennium, which spans from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2027. The goal is to facilitate efficient project execution through a roster of pre-qualified consultants who can be engaged as needed.

Work Details
Consultants selected for the On-Call Architectural Consultants roster will provide a range of architectural services including but not limited to: design, bidding, construction administration, and project closeout for minor remodels and renovations of existing state-owned facilities. A minimum of three (3) consultants will be selected based on their qualifications and proximity to the geographical area defined as Southwest Washington. Each project-specific agreement will not exceed $300,000 and will be executed under the standard Facility Professional Services agreement. The selection process includes evaluation based on qualifications of key personnel, general project approach, relevant experience, and diverse business certifications.

Period of Performance
The contract period will run from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2027.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed in Southwest Washington State, which includes areas south of Latitude 46.9° N and west of Longitude 121° W, extending to Portland, OR.

Bidder Requirements
Consultants must have a physical office located in Southwest Washington to qualify for selection. The Department of Enterprise Services encourages participation from diverse business interests including Small Business Enterprises (SBE), Minority-Owned Business Enterprises (MBE), Women-Owned Business Enterprises (WBE), and Veteran-Owned Businesses. All responding consultants are required to register in the DES Bonfire Hub.
