Description

The Eastern Washington University (EWU) Human Resources Office is seeking proposals from firms for a comprehensive, modern, and user-friendly Applicant Tracking System (ATS). The new system must manage the entire hiring process lifecycle, from position posting to separation, while ensuring seamless integration with Ellucian Banner while improving key processes.

Eastern Washington University (EWU) is a regional, comprehensive public university located in Cheney and Spokane, Washington. With an enrollment of over 9,000 students, EWU aims to provide an inclusive, equitable, and transformative learning experience. The university is seeking proposals for a comprehensive and fully integrated Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage the entire recruitment and hiring lifecycle. This system must ensure seamless integration with their existing Ellucian Banner system while improving key HR processes.

Work Details
The selected vendor will provide a modern, user-friendly ATS that supports the full hiring cycle from position posting to separation. Key objectives include:
- Streamlining recruitment processes
- Enhancing applicant and HR staff experiences
- Ensuring integration with Ellucian Banner
- Providing reporting and analytics tools
- Supporting compliance with ADA and FERPA
- Offering customization options
- Automating tasks to reduce errors
- Delivering a cloud-based solution with SSO login capabilities.

Specific tasks include implementing the system, improving user experience with mobile-friendly design, enabling advanced reporting for compliance and hiring goals, and collaborating with EWU staff for training and rollout.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to begin upon execution and last for five years, with the option for EWU to extend it for two additional one-year periods.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed in Washington State.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be licensed to do business in Washington or commit to obtaining a license within 30 days of selection. They must not have been found in violation of labor laws within the past three years or require employees to sign mandatory arbitration clauses.
