UW Medicine, an integrated clinical, research, and learning health system within the University of Washington, is seeking to establish a contract for an electronic health record (EHR) replacement for Airlift Northwest. Period of Performance
The implementation phase is scheduled from September 2026 to April 2027. The initial contract term will begin in May 2027 and last for three years until April 2030, with options for two additional three-year extensions.

The contract will be performed primarily in Washington State, specifically at various Airlift Northwest base locations including Seattle, Arlington, Bellingham, Bremerton, Olympia, Yakima, Wenatchee, Davenport, and Juneau in Alaska.
