26-RFQ-019 Wireline Ethernet or Fixed Wireless Services

Background
Washington Technology Solutions (WaTech) is seeking vendors to provide Wireline Ethernet or Fixed Wireless Services under procurement number 26-RFQ-019. The agency aims to enhance its network capabilities and ensure reliable service delivery. Vendors must have a signed Network Services Agreement (NSA) and the applicable technical addenda on file to participate in this solicitation.

Work Details
The contract requires the provision of Wireline Ethernet or Fixed Wireless Services, which includes meeting the Guaranteed Install Interval and any shorter intervals proposed by the contractor. Contractors must submit a completed Cost Model in Excel format detailing all costs associated with the services, including cabling, conduit, fiber, entrance facilities, equipment shelves, racks, UPS, permits, labor, and fees.

All proposed services must comply with mandatory specifications outlined in the RFQ and the NSA. Contractors are also required to provide supplemental bandwidth pricing for each site bid.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period begins upon award and continues as specified in the Statement of Work (SOW), with an earliest expected date for issuing the SOW on March 18, 2026.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various locations across Washington State as specified in the RFQ and associated site maps.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must hold a signed Network Services Agreement and relevant technical addenda with WaTech. They must also complete all mandatory columns in the Cost Model and submit a signed Certificate and Assurances document. Failure to meet any mandatory requirements will result in disqualification from consideration.
