Bidders must provide a bid proposal deposit equal to five percent (5%) of their bid amount. The successful bidder will need to furnish a Performance Bond for 100% of the Contract Price. Contractors are required to file a 'Statement of Intent to Pay Prevailing Wages' with the State of Washington Department of Labor & Industries before commencing work and comply with prevailing wage laws.
