An Invitation to Bid has been issued in accordance with RCW 35.22.620, which allows the use of a Small Works Roster to solicit bids for this type of project. The engineer's estimate for this work is $117,000.

The City of Richland, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and related regulations, notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure nondiscrimination in all federally assisted programs.
The City of Richland is seeking qualified contractors to provide comprehensive pump maintenance and repair services as part of the 2026 Pump Maintenance and Repair Program. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to:
- Furnishing all materials (excluding those specifically identified as owner-furnished), labor, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the project.
- Removal, transport, inspection, routine maintenance, and reconditioning of six (6) sets of vertical turbine pumps and motors, and one (1) set of submersible pumps and motors.
- Reinstallation of all serviced pumps and motors.
- As needed, repair or replacement of pumps and motors.
