CEYJ Racial Equity Consulting Services

FSD is seeking to contract with a racial equity consultant to assist the Council with training and assessment of the Council's three-year plan, policies, programs, and practices. The consultant will first provide training and assistance to individual council members and then would critically examine Council three-year plan, policies, programs, and practices for racial inequities. The consultant will provide the Council with a written document of recommendations on how to proceed and will assist the Council in working through those recommendations.
