Implementation and Management of VIDE's Lead Transformation Project

Background
The Virgin Islands Department of Education (VIDE) is seeking proposals from qualified professionals to serve as its Lead Transformation partner through the Educational Transformation Office (ETO). This initiative aims to drive substantial and sustainable academic improvements across six designated ETO sites over a two-year period. The selected contractor will work closely with local stakeholders to enhance student outcomes and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the Virgin Islands education system.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive management and support to enhance leadership, instructional practices, and school culture. The work will unfold in two phases:

- Year 1 focuses on transformation, establishing strategic plans, enhancing instructional leadership, promoting a positive school climate, and implementing robust monitoring and evaluation systems.

- Year 2 focuses on acceleration, building on Year 1's foundation with advanced leadership strategies, innovative instructional practices, and deeper community engagement.

Specific tasks include developing strategic plans for each ETO site, providing curriculum implementation guidance, conducting professional development sessions for teachers and leaders, fostering relationships with stakeholders, and implementing effective monitoring and evaluation processes.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of two years.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed in the St. Thomas/St. John and St. Croix Districts of the Virgin Islands.
