Background
The Town of Blackstone, Virginia, is inviting sealed bids for the asbestos abatement at 410 and 615 South Harris. Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be licensed as either a Class A or Class B contractor in Virginia depending on the total value of their bids. A Bid Bond and Contract Security are required regardless of bid amount. Additionally, bidders must provide a Small Business Procurement Plan detailing their proposed participation percentage by small businesses in the total base bid amount.
