Wise Correctional Center HVAC

Background
The project is issued by the Virginia Department of General Services for the construction of HVAC systems at the Wise Correctional Center located in Coeburn, Virginia.
The goal of this contract is to enhance the air conditioning capabilities of the main building through the installation of new heat pumps and ductwork.

Work Details
The contractor will provide and install new heat pumps, ductwork, and necessary appurtenances to ensure effective air conditioning in the main building at Wise Correctional Center.
This includes all materials, labor, and equipment required for a complete installation.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered vendors in eVA.
A Bid Bond is required for submission.
Attendance at a mandatory pre-bid conference on April 24, 2025, is necessary for those submitting bids.
Contractors must comply with registration requirements as per Section 54.1-1103 of the Code of Virginia.
