Background
The solicitation is issued by the Virginia Community College - Shared Services Center (VCCS-SSC) to establish a contract for the purchase, delivery, and installation of one (1) NEW A-1212 Waterjet Cutting System or Equivalent for Piedmont Virginia Community College located at 501 College Drive, Charlottesville, VA 22902.

Work Details
The successful bidder is required to provide one (1) NEW A-1212 Waterjet Cutting System or Equivalent, along with training and accessories. The system and accessories must be in new condition, and the successful bidder is responsible for delivery, setup, and providing manufacturer’s warranty.
The bidder must provide training at the college’s request for all items described in the pricing schedule as needed. The specifications are intended to define the level of quality and performance of the requested product and are not intended to be restrictive. The successful bidder shall arrange delivery for the A-1212 Waterjet Cutting System and Accessories as described in the specifications list on page #23.

Period of Performance
Bids will be received until May 31, 2024, at 12:00 PM local time. The contract requires that the Waterjet Cutting System be delivered and installed by August 31, 2024.

Place of Performance
The contract requires delivery and installation of the Waterjet Cutting System at Piedmont Virginia Community College located at 501 College Drive, Charlottesville, VA 22902.
