VSF Impact/Highlight Reel Video Production

Background
The Virginia Veterans Services Foundation (VSF) is seeking a qualified video production contractor to create two highlight reel videos that demonstrate the Foundation's impact for current and prospective funders.
The goal is to showcase fundraising moments and testimonials from veterans who have been positively affected by VSF's initiatives.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive video production services, including:
1. Concept development (treatment, story arc, creative approach aligned to audience and tone).
2. Pre-production (scripting, interview question development, storyboarding, shot lists, scheduling).
3. Production (on-location filming, interviews/testimonials, B-roll capture of fundraising activities, facilities, staff/board member interactions).
4. Post-production (editing, color correction, audio mixing, motion graphics, titling/lower thirds, logo animations).
5. Delivery of final files in required formats: one standard widescreen version (16:9) and one social-friendly version (square or vertical).
The videos must include elements such as fundraising moments and impact framing, veteran testimonials with diverse representation if feasible, perspectives from VSF staff/board members, and a clear call-to-action for funders.

Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to be completed before June 15th, 2026.

Place of Performance
The videos will be produced at various locations coordinated with the VSF team in Richmond, Virginia.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be DSBSD-certified micro businesses or small businesses to qualify for set-aside award priority.
They must also comply with insurance requirements including workers' compensation and general liability coverage.
