Background
The Virginia Tech New Business Building project involves the construction of an approximately 95,000 square foot facility that will house the Pamplin College of Business. This project represents the second phase of the Global Business Analytics Complex, which is connected to the recently completed Data & Decision Sciences Building.

The architectural design continues the collegiate gothic theme prevalent on campus, utilizing Hokie stone and precast exterior materials.

The bid release date is May 15, 2025, with bids due by July 24, 2025.
