Virginia Identity Verification Solution

Background
The Virginia Information Technology Agency (VITA) is soliciting proposals through the Request for Proposal (RFP) process for an Identity Verification Solution. VITA, on behalf of the Commonwealth, is seeking an integrated, modern, user-friendly Identity Verification Solution. The Solution will provide Software/Licensing, Implementation Services, Tier 2 and Tier 3 Technical Support for an Identity Verification solution.
The Solution will enable a single-sign-on (SSO) Solution to be used by Virginians to access Commonwealth of Virginia (COV) of applications and services.

Work Details
The Supplier is engaged to provide an Identity Proofing Solution that supports all phases of the identity proofing process by providing Identity Proofing software/licenses, Implementation & Integration services, Tier 2 & Tier 3 Technical Support Services, Training and Communications Management.

Period of Performance
The Contract is effective as of the Contract Award Date and will be effective for a period of XX (XX) years. VITA may renew this Contract for up to XX (XX) additional XX (XX) year renewal periods after the expiration of the Initial Term. The Initial Term and any elected Renewal Term(s) constitute, collectively, the “Contract Term”.
