Background
The Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control Authority (Virginia ABC) serves the Commonwealth of Virginia as an independent political subdivision and one of 11 public safety agencies. The Authority administers ABC laws with a focus on public safety, ensuring a regulated system for the sale and consumption of alcohol.

Virginia ABC is a significant revenue producer for the Commonwealth, contributing to various state programs since its establishment in 1934.

Work Details
The selected Offeror will provide office supplies, janitorial supplies, and first aid products for all Virginia ABC Retail locations, Regional Offices, and Headquarters. The Offeror must deliver goods in categories including office supplies, janitorial and cleaning supplies, first aid supplies, and small appliances.

A dedicated ordering portal with user access controls and automated approval workflows is required. The Offeror must also provide next-day to 2-day shipping with no minimum order requirements. Reporting capabilities for spending and usage analysis are also necessary.

Period of Performance
The contract period is from September 1, 2025, through August 31, 2026, with options for four (4) one-year renewals thereafter.

Place of Performance
All Virginia ABC Retail locations, Regional Offices, and Headquarters across the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Bidder Requirements
Offerors must be eVA registered prior to the closing date of this solicitation. A mandatory pre-proposal conference is required for participation in the bidding process. The proposal must include a Certificate of Insurance as per specified limits.
