Background
The solicitation is for the renovation of Old Dominion University’s Buildings 9 & 10 at the Village Apartments, Norfolk, VA 23529. The renovation includes furnishing all equipment, superintendence, labor, skill, and material necessary for the renovation of the existing Village Apartments, Buildings 9 & 10. The anticipated construction period is on or about May 13, 2024, with a final completion date of August 1, 2024.

Work Details
The contractor is required to furnish all equipment, superintendence, labor, skill, and materials necessary for the renovation of the existing Village Apartments, Buildings 9 & 10 in accordance with the Owner's Scope of Work and Schedule.

The scope of work includes specific attachments such as a Paint Color Chart dated March 6, 2024; Schedule dated December 22, 2023; Contractor’s Responsibility Prevailing Wage Requirements; Prevailing Wages & Benefits; Deep Cleaning Checklist; and Kitchen & Bathroom Door and Drawer Count.

Period of Performance
The anticipated construction period is on or about May 13, 2024, with a final completion date of August 1, 2024.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Old Dominion University’s Buildings 9 & 10 at the Village Apartments in Norfolk, VA.
