The purpose of this Unsealed Invitation for Bid (UIFB) is to solicit unsealed bids to establish a spot purchase with qualified supplier(s) to provide Densified Polyester Batting Cores for Mattresses for the Virginia Industries for the Blind (VIB), an enterprise division of the Virginia Department for the Blind and Vision Impaired (DBVI). All Authorized Users shall place orders through eVA for any contract that may result from this solicitation.
