UIFB 159995 Gyratory Compactor

Background
The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) is issuing this solicitation for bids to procure a Gyratory Compactor and its components. This contract aims to support VDOT's mission of ensuring safe and efficient transportation infrastructure in Virginia. The solicitation is set aside for DSBSD-certified micro businesses or small businesses, including women-owned and minority-owned businesses.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish and deliver one (1) Gyratory Compactor with the following components:
- 1 AFG2A G2 Gyratory Compactor, Non-Shear – 115V, 12A, 50/60Hz, AASHTO T 312, ASTM D6925
- 3 AFG1M15 – 150mm Mold Assembly for an AFG2 (includes base plate)
- 1 AFGCLR05C – 5,000 lb. Load Ring with Certification
- 4 AFG123 – Height Block with Certification (4 blocks required)
- 1 AFG1A14T – 150 mm Specimen Lift Handle
- 1 AFG1A08 – 150 mm Mold Funnel
- 1 RAND15 - 150 mm Paper Discs (Pack of 500)
- 1 RCPUSB Laser Printer
- 1 EWCP10USB – USB Cable – Standard Type A-B, 10 ft. long (included)
- 1 RANLC12 – Line Conditioner 120V 1.2KW LC1200
- 1 AFG2X06 – G2 Cooling Door Kit (installed on new G2 in factory).
Delivery must include freight to the specified location at VDOT's office in Suffolk, VA.

Period of Performance
The delivery of goods must occur within a reasonable time frame after receipt of order (ARO), with a desired delivery time of up to 130 calendar days ARO.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the Virginia Department of Transportation's office located at 1700 N. Main Street, Suffolk, VA 23434.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be DSBSD-certified micro businesses or small businesses to qualify for this solicitation. Additionally, bidders must provide their State Corporation Commission identification number and comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding business operations in Virginia.
