U V Vehicle-Rated Vinyl Decals (6, 500)

Background
The Department of Fire Programs (VDFP) is seeking a vendor to produce 6,500 stickers for mobile food preparation vehicle permits. The purpose of this contract is to ensure that the stickers are made of UV vehicle-rated vinyl or similar material designed to withstand outdoor weather conditions.
This initiative is part of the State Fire Marshall Division's efforts to regulate mobile food preparation vehicles in Virginia.

Work Details
The vendor will be required to produce a total of 6,500 decals as follows:
- 5,000 decals sized at 4"x4" with serialization labeled as SFM0001 through SFM5000. Artwork for these decals will be provided by the VDFP.
- 1,500 decals sized at 0.5"x0.5" for the years 2025, 2026, and 2027 (500 for each year). Artwork will also be provided for these decals.
All costs associated with production and delivery to VDFP must be included in the grand total bid price. The specifications define the quality and performance expected from the goods, which must be new equipment only (brand name or approved equivalent). Bidders offering equivalent items must provide sufficient descriptive literature and technical details for evaluation.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to conclude with the delivery of all products within 30 calendar days after receipt of order (ARO).

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to the Virginia Department of Fire Programs located at 1005 Technology Park Drive, Glen Allen, VA 23059.
