Background
The City of Virginia Beach is seeking sealed bids from qualified individuals or organizations to provide comprehensive landscape maintenance services. The contract aims to ensure the upkeep of the landscape at three key locations: Town Center Fire Station, Central Library, and EMS Administration Building. The goal is to maintain these areas effectively and continuously, aligning with the city's commitment to maintaining public spaces.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for complete and continuous landscape maintenance services at the specified locations. This includes routine litter control during maintenance visits and a complete cycle of litter control at the Central Library and EMS Administration Building every Monday morning year-round between 8:00 am and 10:00 am. The contractor must maintain all landscape areas at the submitted unit cost without additional costs to the City. Additionally, when directed by the Owner or its designee, the Contractor shall meet with the assigned Landscape Maintenance Inspector on-site to discuss the work required.

The services will be performed at three locations in Virginia Beach: Town Center Fire Station, Central Library, and EMS Administration Building.
