Background
Blue Ridge Community College, through the Virginia Community College Shared Services Center (SSC), is seeking qualified firms to furnish and deliver three stream recycling stations. The goal of this contract is to enhance recycling efforts at the college, aligning with its mission to promote sustainability and environmental responsibility.

Work Details
The contractor will provide 26 Edge Three Stream Recycling Stations with the following specifications:
- Total Capacity: 78 Gallons (3 units of 26 gallons each)
- Dimensions: 15” W x 45” L x 30.8” H
- Weight: 99 lbs (3 x 33 lbs)
- Material: Stainless Steel with a Powder Coated Black lid
- Indoor use only
- Main lid is hinged and equipped with a triangle lock. Each unit will have specific labels attached by the vendor:
- Unit 1: 'Waste' on a black background with funnel lid.
- Unit 2: 'Paper/Cardboard' on a light green background with commingle lid.
- Unit 3: 'Cans' on a blue background with commingle lid.

Delivery must include transport and off-loading at Blue Ridge Community College, located at 1 College Lane, Weyers Cave, Virginia 24486. The contractor must notify the college one week prior to delivery and adhere to specified delivery hours.

Period of Performance
The delivery of the recycling stations is required by October 24, 2025.

The contract will be performed at Blue Ridge Community College, located at 1 College Lane, Weyers Cave, Virginia 24486.

Bidder Requirements
This solicitation is set aside for DSBSD-certified micro businesses or small businesses, including women-owned and minority-owned businesses that hold DSBSD certification. Bidders must be certified as such by DSBSD on the due date for receipt of bids.
