- Mowing Walker/Coleman Dam similarly, excluding sloughed-off portions on the lake side.
- Mowing Spring Branch Dam from water's edge to rock base at the foot of the dam.
- Grounds maintenance around all structures, ponds, and equipment at the hatchery every two weeks from April through October. The first visit must occur by July 5, 2025. A total of 15 mowing visits are required each year during the contract period.

Period of Performance
The contract period is from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026, with four one-year renewal options available.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at King and Queen Hatchery located at 1318 Fish Hatchery Rd., Stevensville, Virginia 23161.
