State Farm Cc: Walk In Cooler / Deep Freezer

Background
The Virginia Department of Corrections (VADOC) is seeking a Small Business and Supplier Diversity (SBSD) certified vendor to provide refrigeration equipment for the State Farm Correctional Center located in State Farm, Virginia.

The goal of this contract is to purchase, deliver, and install essential refrigeration units and components necessary for the facility's operations.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:

1. Purchase, deliver, and install one (1) Walk-In Cooler Condenser Unit (Model# KEZA020H8-HT3D Keeprite Condensing Unit 208/230 PH3 R-448A).
2. Purchase, deliver, and install one (1) Walk-In Cooler Elect Defrost Evaporator Coil (Model# KLP317ME-52D Keeprite Elect Defrost Evaporator Coil 208/230 PH1).
3. Provide miscellaneous materials necessary for the installation of the Walk-In Cooler, including R-448A refrigerant, insulation line sets, copper traps, fittings, U-clamps, mounting hardware, torch and soldering supplies, recovery and disposal materials, electrical fittings and wire.
4. Replace one (1) Deep Freezer Condenser (Model# HTP RLO400l44-E).
5. Replace two (2) Deep Freezer Evaporator Coils (Make: Heat Craft Model# LET075 BK or equal).
6. Provide miscellaneous materials necessary for the installation of the Deep Freezer units similar to those listed for the Walk-In Cooler.

The bid price must include all freight charges for delivery to the State Farm Correctional Center.

Period of Performance
The work is expected to be performed within a specified timeframe as agreed upon in the contract following award.

Place of Performance
All work will be conducted at the State Farm Correctional Center located at 3500 Woods Way, State Farm, Virginia 23160.
