Background
The Southwest Regional Recreation Authority (SRRA) is dedicated to developing and managing multi-use trails in the Southwest Regional Recreation Area. Their aim is to stimulate, enhance, and sustain economic development and job creation through entrepreneurial opportunities in Southwestern Virginia. This contract seeks to procure a specific all-terrain vehicle to support their mission.

Work Details
The SRRA is seeking sealed bids for (1) 3 Seater Side by Side all-terrain vehicle with the following specifications:
- Color options: Blue, Green, or Black
- Motor: 1000 cc
- Front Tires: 27 x 9 x 14
- Rear Tires: 27 x 11 x 14
- Features: 4 x 4 capability, dump bed, cab, hard doors with hard top, heat, windshield with wipers, winch, rear view mirror, upgraded clutch.
- Warranty: Two-year warranty with an option to purchase an extended warranty.
- Delivery Time: 30 days from the time the bid is awarded.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of 30 days from the date the bid is awarded.

Place of Performance
The delivery location for the all-terrain vehicle will be at the Southwest Regional Recreation Authority's address in Coeburn, VA.
