Background
The Hampton Roads Sanitation District (HRSD) is seeking to establish a contract for the purchase of a stainless steel sluice gate for the Nansemond Treatment Plant located at 6909 Armstead Road, Suffolk, VA 23435.

The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain competitive bids for the required goods and services, ensuring compliance with the attached specifications and terms.

Work Details
The contractor shall supply a 60"x60" stainless steel sluice gate along with all necessary appurtenances as specified in the attached documents.

The contractor must adhere to the specifications, drawings, materials list, and line item descriptions provided. Equal products may be accepted if they meet or exceed the specified requirements. Additionally, freight costs must be included as a firm fixed cost or indicated as $.01 if no charge applies.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and will continue until all products are delivered and accepted by HRSD.

The due date for responses is set for October 1, 2024.

Place of Performance
The primary location for performance under this contract is the Nansemond Treatment Plant at 6909 Armstead Road, Suffolk, VA 23435.
