Background
Blue Ridge Community College is seeking a qualified firm to furnish, deliver, and provide training for a Sokkia™ GRX 3 Lite Base & Rover with a Topcon™ FC 6400 Data Collector. This contract aims to enhance the college's capabilities in surveying and data collection, aligning with its educational mission. The solicitation is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following:
1. Sokkia™ GRX 3 Lite Base & Rover;
2. Topcon™ FC 6400 Data Collector;
3. Training services for staff on the use of the equipment.

All items must be delivered to Blue Ridge Community College at 1 College Lane, Weyers Cave, Virginia 24486. The contractor is responsible for off-loading materials in neat stockpiles unless otherwise directed.

Period of Performance
The anticipated delivery date for all items is by May 31, 2025, no later than the end of the business day.

Place of Performance
All products and services will be delivered and performed at Blue Ridge Community College located at 1 College Lane, Weyers Cave, Virginia 24486.

Bidder Requirements
This solicitation is set-aside for DSBSD-certified micro businesses or small businesses. Bidders must submit a Small Business Subcontracting Plan and comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding discrimination in employment. A certificate of insurance must be submitted within three business days from the bid closing date.
