C. Police & Public Safety Standalone Section: An independent navigation interface; recruitment portal capability; crime prevention resources; online reporting functionality; public safety announcements; secure backend access for department administrators.
D. Training & Maintenance: Staff training in content management, ongoing technical support options, warranty, and post-launch support period.
Period of Performance
The anticipated contract term includes a development phase of 6 months followed by an optional maintenance agreement lasting between 1 to 3 years.
