RRHA-RFP-2024-15 Nine Mile Development

Background
The Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority (RRHA) was established by City Council of the City of Richmond, Virginia in October 1940 as a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia. RRHA is responsible for operating affordable housing programs, which provides housing for eligible families, for operating redevelopment and conservation programs in accordance with the City’s Master Plan and for the delivery of services to citizens of low-income housing and revitalization areas through the encouragement and development of social and economic opportunities.
The Board of Commissioners of RRHA is appointed by City Council.

Work Details
The intent and purpose of this request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from firms to provide Development of Parcels: Nine Mile Lots for the Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority (The Authority). The objective of this solicitation is to obtain the services of a qualified individual or firm to provide Developer Service to the Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority.
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, travel, and incidentals necessary to provide Development of Parcels: Nine Mile Lots described herein.
