Roland vinyl

Background
The Commonwealth of Virginia, through the Department of Corrections and Virginia Correctional Enterprises (VCE), is seeking to procure vinyl materials for its silk-screen plant. This procurement is part of VCE's mission to provide quality products and services while supporting the rehabilitation of incarcerated individuals. The goal of this contract is to secure a one-time purchase of specific Roland brand vinyl products necessary for VCE's operations.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide the following items:

- 10 rolls of 3MIL clear calendar vinyl, 30” x 150’ (ESM-CCVP-150-30)
- 10 rolls of 3MIL clear calendar vinyl, 54” x 150’ (ESM-CCVP-150-54)
- 10 rolls of 3MIL white vinyl, 30” x 150’ (ESM-GCVP-150-30)
- 10 rolls of 3MIL white vinyl, 54” x 150’ (ESM-GCVP-150-54)
- 10 rolls of 13oz lightweight banner vinyl, 30” x 120’ (ESM-LBV2-120-30)
- 10 rolls of 13oz lightweight banner vinyl, 54” x 120’ (ESM-LBV2-120-54)
- 5 rolls of reflective vinyl, 48” x 50’ (ESM-PRVZ-50-48).

All products must be first quality; no seconds will be accepted. Delivery must be made within thirty (30) days and all shipments should be palletized and shrink-wrapped with no more than eighteen boxes per pallet. The contractor is responsible for inside delivery and must notify VCE personnel twenty-four hours prior to delivery.

Period of Performance
The contract period for performance is expected to be completed within thirty (30) days from the date of order receipt.

Place of Performance
The delivery location for the products is VCE Tag Warehouse, located at 3600 Woods Way, State Farm, Virginia, 23160.

Bidder Requirements
This solicitation is set aside for DSBSD-certified small businesses. Bidders must ensure they are registered in eVA and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Additionally, bidders must not have any debarment status with the Commonwealth of Virginia and must adhere to anti-discrimination policies as outlined in the solicitation.
