Robotic Total Station

Background
Arlington County, through its Department of Environmental Services – Engineering Bureau, is seeking to enhance its surveying capabilities by purchasing a new Robotic Total Station. This equipment will support various surveying operations including topographic surveys, construction layout, and large-scale boundary surveys.

Work Details
The contract involves the procurement of one (1) Robotic Total Station. The contractor must deliver the equipment to 2100 Clarendon Blvd Suite 813, Arlington, VA 22201. The contractor must be an authorized reseller of the equipment manufacturer and provide a reseller authorization letter with their bid. Additionally, the contractor must have been in business for at least eighteen months and provide proof of this longevity.

The contractor must ensure response times for repair and training requests within 24 hours. The specifications for the robotic total station include advanced security features, hybrid positioning software support, integrated cellular modem, auto-tracking capabilities, environmental design specifications (IP65), and various measurement accuracies and functionalities as detailed in the solicitation.

Period of Performance
All equipment and parts must be delivered within 30 days from receipt of a Purchase Order.
