Work Details

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed following the award on a lump sum basis, with bids due by April 16, 2025. Work is expected to commence shortly thereafter as determined by the Owner.

The contract will be performed at the Richmond Probation and Parole Office located at 6866 Everglades Drive, Richmond, VA 23205.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered vendors in eVA and provide a Bid Bond. Contractor registration is required under Section 54.1-1103 of the Code of Virginia. Additional qualification requirements are outlined in the Invitation for Bids.
