RFQ Q004098 Green Street Recreation Center Window Replacements

Background
The City of Danville, Virginia, is seeking quotations for the replacement of windows at the Green Street Recreation Center.
The Parks and Recreation Department aims to enhance the facility's energy efficiency and aesthetics through this project.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals required to complete the following work:

1. Remove and dispose of all existing exterior windows.
2. Provide and install new double hung vinyl replacement windows with grids between the glass and LOW-E/Argon gas high efficiency rating.

The specific window requirements are as follows:
- Ten windows approximately 52” X 62”
- Ten windows approximately 52” X 50”
- Two windows approximately 36” X 37”.

Period of Performance
The work under this agreement shall commence no later than five (5) consecutive calendar days after a written 'Notice To Proceed' is given by the City to the Contractor.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the Green Street Recreation Center located in Danville, Virginia.
